How to reach us

Email is the only channel we operate, and it is read by a person. We do not run a support phone line, a live chat, or social media support, and anyone claiming to offer those on our behalf is not us.

Corrections and errors

A step does not match your screen, an instruction fails, or something here is wrong. Please include the guide, the step, and what you actually saw.

hello@mailfixly.com

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.

A problem we haven’t covered

Tell us what went wrong and what was on screen when it did. Reader reports are the main input into what we write next.

hello@mailfixly.com

We read everything, but cannot reply to every request individually.

Privacy and data requests

Questions about the privacy policy, or a request to exercise a data right described in it.

hello@mailfixly.com

Handled within the timeframes set out in the privacy policy.

Impersonation and abuse

If you find a page claiming to be MailFixly that asks for a password, or content of ours republished elsewhere, we want to know.

Treated as a priority.

What we cannot help with

We want to be straightforward about this rather than waste your time, because the single most common message we expect to receive is one we cannot act on.

We cannot access, unlock, restore or recover anyone’s email account. MailFixly is an independent publisher with no relationship to Microsoft, Google, Meta or any other provider. We have no access to any account system, no ability to escalate a case, and no influence over a provider’s decision about an account.

If your account is locked or lost, the guides on this site will point you at the provider’s own recovery process, which is the only route that can actually resolve it.

Never send us a password. We will never ask for one, and we have no use for it. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, verification codes, or answers to security questions in any message to us. If you have already sent credentials to anyone, change that password on the provider’s own site immediately.

What to include

The more precisely you describe the failure, the more useful your message is:

Please do not include personal information beyond what is needed to understand the problem. How we handle what you send is covered in the privacy policy.
