MailFixly
Independent email help

Locked out of your email? Start with the symptom.

Most email help walks you through the same generic checklist no matter what actually went wrong. MailFixly starts from the error you are looking at, explains what it means, and gives you only the steps that apply to it.

What is actually happening?

Pick the symptom that matches your screen. Each one goes straight to the part of the guide that deals with it rather than to a general troubleshooting page.

Guides

Published guides

Each guide covers one problem properly rather than ten problems briefly. We publish when a guide is finished and tested, which is why this list grows slowly and deliberately.

How we work

Why these guides are different

Email help is a category full of scraped, undated, keyword-stuffed pages. Here is what we do instead, and you can hold us to all of it.

Tested, not transcribed

Every step is walked through on the provider’s live interface before it is published. When a screen changes, the guide changes with it.

We never ask for credentials

No sign-in forms, no password fields, no “verify your account here”. Our tools run entirely in your browser and transmit nothing.

Dated, so you can judge it

Every guide carries a visible last-reviewed date. Advice about software interfaces goes stale, and hiding the date only hides the problem.

We say when we cannot help

Some account states genuinely cannot be resolved by the account holder. We say so plainly instead of padding the page with steps that will not work.

Something we haven’t covered?

Tell us what went wrong and what you were looking at when it did. Reader reports are how we decide what to write next, and a person reads every one.
